Readers did not trust what they were reading, and some took the articles for advertising — so the redesign became a trust and content-discovery problem, not a visual refresh.

A consultancy that could only sell in person, on site. I designed the platform that gave it something to sell online — services, a shop, seminar booking and a members' area in one structure.
