Videos of my proposals
After my research analyses, I created new high-fidelity mock-ups which I have shared with my Project Manager so we could move faster forward with the process, knowing that are aligned and to check the client’s approvals for the next steps.

A/B Test result findings
After our A/B testing of the newly created Homepage, we were delighted, as we have got fantastic results. Firstly, using Hot Jar we have noticed how users immediately went to the filters area we created, in order they could as quickly as possible find their desired service.
Compared to the old design of their repair services, where they had no icons but pixelated images of the phones, we have noticed how users started to use them massively.
The mega-menu also turned out to be an incredible improvement.
The CRO increased by 46%, which was more than we hoped in such a short period.
These results encouraged us and the client a lot, and we have decided to move forward with improvements, focusing as a next step on their products, the different services, and repairs they are offering.
